BROW LAMINATION COURSE
This short course is suitable for students who are complete beginners, and those technicians who want to add Brow Lamination to their treatment menu. The course runs over a half day and is delivered face-to-face with our My Lamination certified Lead Trainer. By the end of the course you’ll have intensive knowledge of the theory and practice of brow lamination, inside secret tips to achieving the perfect results, and be confident providing your clients with a beautiful brow lamination. You’ll also have a renewed understanding of beauty business skills, and the confidence to step into your new career. You’ll receive personalised assistance and feedback on the day, and ongoing feedback and support upon completion of the course. You’ll also receive 10% off BBLash supplies for life.
This course covers:
Brow mapping, shaping, and strip wax procedures and practical tips.
The science of brow lamination, including pre-procedure set up, procedure instructions, processing theory, finishing products, and practical tips.
Complementary tinting services including patch testing, allergy response procedures, safety considerations, and precision tinting skills
My Lamination product knowledge, ingredients, and storage recommendations.
Client consultation skills, including contraindications and client safety, along with post care recommendations for the best results.
Brow photography including model instruction, angles, lighting, and tips and tricks.
Beauty business skills including legal requirements, indemnity insurance, registration and waiver forms, salon set up, salon cleanliness and infection control, and safety considerations for technician and client.
Financial literacy training including beauty business goal setting, costs of treatment provision, and income potential.
Please note: Beauty Box employs competency-based training to enable students to learn, develop, and demonstrate their knowledge and skills in a workplace setting. Our Lead Trainer will guide you through the process as you learn at your own pace and practice your hands-on skills. To achieve competency, you will need to complete treatments on two models (either models you bring, or we can help find models for you). Upon completion you will receive an instruction manual to take home along with a certificate of completion.
